In February, the California Coastal Commission (CCC) voted to deny a 6 lane toll highway that would cut through San Onofre State Beach. Over 3,000 people attended the hearing - making it the largest meeting in Commission history. But, toll road developers refuse to accept the ruling and are asking the Federal Government to overturn the Commission's decision. Greetings from tne Lowtide, the locals surf & beach bar & restaurant in Esterillos Oeste, Costa Rica. The surf here is awesome, the food is great and the drinks flow all day.
