This is the 36th Spring of my life. None can be compared to the one that is revelating. Each has seen different phases of life and manifold blessings. Life is good when all is well with your soul. This can mean a lot of different things. (Everything is relative) The best thing that I can imagine (still) is a lot of sand and a cornucopia of sunshine. Don't get me wrong! North GA sunshine is light to my soul but nothing takes the place of the beach. Hard work is a necessary challenge. I enjoyed my days of physical labor. (I still do enjoy the physical) But, hard work is not always done with the back. Things change. We can't live in the past, but we don't have to despise the future. Life is a gift given day by day by the Grace of God. Enjoy your lot in life. Circumstances change but people don't. Grasp this and enjoy those around you. There may be some that have the same "this or that" but all are unique. Relish in that you are the only "You" that exists. Kiss your mother and hug your father. Nobody lives forever in this physical world. I heard a song this morning about if you can't be with the one you love: Love the one your with. I called B.S. but to enjoy all that is around you including the people is a pleasure that not many grasp. I speak of a friendly or brotherly sense. (Not Hedonism)
All people have something to contribute or absorb. Embrace the differences in life. But, never give up your individual light. Enjoy your Spring!!
